Two hearts, one story
We are Urška and Matej, a photography duo creating stories together through photography.
Urška is a professionally trained photographer and the founder of FotoBU, while Matej joined her in photography over the years, initially simply out of passion. Today, he combines his knowledge and eye for detail with hers.
We photograph people, their stories, and the moments they want to remember – from weddings and family moments to couples, portraits, and other special occasions.
What matters most to us is that you feel relaxed in front of the camera and that your photographs feel as true to you as possible.

Urška Batistič
Professionally trained photographer and founder of FotoBU. Photography has been my passion for many years, and I continue to develop my craft with every project. With my gentle approach, I help people feel relaxed and natural in front of the camera.
Matej Markočič
Photography has been a long-standing passion of mine, and through creating together with Urška, it has taken on a new dimension. My eye for detail and technical knowledge complement her approach, and together we look for a way to capture every story as naturally as possible.
